The room was spacious and super comfortable—perfect for a family. It’s very kid-friendly, which made everything easier. The spa was amazing, and the views of the majestic mountains were simply stunning. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and had that comforting, homemade taste. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort je moderan hotelski rizort koji se nalazi u Dobriništu, na samo 6 km od Banskog. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... We had great stay there, family with two boys(10 and 5). The hotel is clean, warm, there are fun things for the kids, the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff was so polite and willing to help. The food in the reatorant (a la carte) was great. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly. It looks like they care for everything in a very professional way and nothing is left on improvisation. 10 / 10 for sure!!!

Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Excellent location, beautiful views,friendly and professional staff.Bery clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Bfast menu was vast and everything was fresh and delicious.Best hotel we ever stayed.Hope we go back soon.Very relaxing atmosphere in every place of d hotel. Thank you 🙏 for making our stay perfect.will recommend to all my friends to visit.

Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time in the warm swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
