Park Hotel Ela, located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Freshly renovated rooms, with everything you need. Food was nice and you had many choices. Gondola was very close. It was quiet at night, you could maybe hear other people walking in the corridors, but that was ok.

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

Room was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of towels, bedding etc. It was nice and clean on arrival and we didn't have any interruptions from staff, cleaners etc. On the whole a very pleasant stay, great location and accommodation. Will definitely stay again.

During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. The Villa was very nice. The interior design was wonderful. There was panty of space for a family.
