"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. The location was perfect! The staff was so friendly and the food delicious! The spa was very nice and not full. We will definitely go back!

The SPA and pools are great. The whole team is very kind. The food in the restautant is exquisite. The view from the hotel to Tsari Mali Grad is impressive. We had a wonderful experience.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available and the apartment also offers ski equipment hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Room was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of towels, bedding etc. It was nice and clean on arrival and we didn't have any interruptions from staff, cleaners etc. On the whole a very pleasant stay, great location and accommodation. Will definitely stay again.

Nice quiet position away from the main road through Dolna Banya. A reall excellent swimming pool and good spa facilities.

The room was comfortable, warm and cozy. Location a little further from the center than other hotels, but still an easy walk. Host gave us great advice on where to eat. The spa is a great extra - steam room and small pool.

Each has a mini bar and a balcony overlooking Rila, Verila and Plana mountains. Very beautiful Hotel with spa that is perfect. All the procedure was pleasure. The pools was clean and with different temperature. The rooms was comfort mattress .very good food on high expecting. Breakfast like a five star hotel.

During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Everything. The Iglika is modern and feels brand new. Our room (2 adults & 2 children) was very spacious. WiFi connection and TV are excellent. We were half board which was perfect. Not cooking is a holiday itself. Location perfect. Close to shops, ski hire and slopes The bar had lovely, modern and comfortable areas for lots of groups and families. There were also games available. It was good to play chess and draughts with the kids. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage options are ideal after a day skiing. We loved the facilities.
