The hotel has a good location. It has more facilities than a 3 star hotel, including bathrobes, sauna, swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gheorghe and Anton are well experienced in massage. After a long day skiing, the massage relaxed the muscles. The restaurant is clean, pleasant and with quality foods.

Iglika Hotel & Villas is located in the centre of Borovets, only a 5 minute walk away from both the Martinovi Baraki Lift and the Sitnyakovo Express Gondola.

Comfortable clean spacious apartment within the grounds of a very pleasant hotel spa. You are able to use the bar restaurant and facilities of the hotel. It is extra charge for pool and spa but you can sit in the bar area which was comfortable and relaxing for no extra charge. There is small outdoor play area for kids and a indoor play area just off the bar area for them as well which was great... We did not use the shuttle so can't comment we instead used a taxi to ski resort which is 5 or 10 min drive depending on traffic...We would definitely consider staying here again.

The owner's mother, a very nice lady, not only cooked us a delicious breakfasts. When we arrived, a very tasty soup was waiting for us, together with some drinks and Easter eggs, and even some milk. This was extra, not negotiated in advance, but these are very nice people. Fabulous was also the external jacuzzi, especially if you look at the sunset. And the water was warm 35 - 40 deg. C all day without extra heating.
