Everything is great, breakfast had a lot of choices and tasty, pool was clean and big, there is parking of the hotel, entrance with parking ticket that needs to be presented before checking out.

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. I liked the location and the cosy lobby ❤️❤️

Perfect location - you can start skiing right from the entrance to the hotel. Ski pass and equipment you can buy inside the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner (with an amazing mountain view). We also asked for the birthday package for our daughter - and it was really great (includes beautiful cake with candles, lemonades and gift - all for extra payment). The pool was a really good activity for the evening. We and our kids (aged 4 and 10) really enjoyed the stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

The friendliest staff and one of the best pools I've visited. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. Everything was flawless, we had a great time!

The guest house has a children's playground and spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Nice little hotel/guest house in a lovely village. The room was comfortable, warm and cozy. Location a little further from the center than other hotels, but still an easy walk. Host gave us great advice on where to eat. The spa is a great extra - steam room and small pool.

Comfortable beds, clean wellness and spa center, pool is good temperature and excellent atmosphere! The restaurant offers delicious meals and service!

During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is great! The room is very comfortable, clean, all cosmetics are in large quantities and of excellent quality! The spa is very clean, cozy, the massage is professional, the cuisine is delicious, I definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday, there are board games in the lobby - we had a great time by the fireplace with games!
