The Owner was so friendly and helped us to organise a late dinner on our arrival at their restaurant. The food was divine and we all so enjoyed it. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

Everything was perfect, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is great (the dark chocolate mousse is a dream). Very clean, very quiet, even if the hotel is across the street from the train station. We travelled with our 4-year child, he was spoiled by the staff :)

The room was very comfortable with an amazing balcony that gave an outstanding view of the lake a couple miles away. Nicely situated between St Gallen and the restaurants/bars along the shore of the lake. Gorgeous!
