The whole hotel was beautifully decorated, and all the units were of the highest standard. I just loved the stone floor Italian walk in shower! Breakfast was brought to our bedroom by the wonderfully friendly and hospitable Francesca. The hotel is also only a short walk from the train station (4 mins by train to St Moritz). From the hotel we had an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. We actually preferred the charm and tranquility of Celerina to the busier St Moritz. We will come back!!

Located in the centre of Pontresina, Hotel Allegra 3 Stern Superior is directly connected to the Bellavita Spa Centre with its indoor and outdoor pools and it features ski storage facilities, a ski boot dryer and a hotel bar and lounge. WiFi is available free of charge. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.
