An amazing host! Extremely helpful, friendly, and always quick to assist. Made our stay even better. We stayed as a family with kids, and the space was perfect for us. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and felt at home throughout our stay.

A stunning and very special hotel. We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

Featuring a restaurant, Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg is located in Thun. Guests can enjoy a small wellness area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and some loungers on site. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Dani and Linda were very nice… Dani was the nicest host ever. Feels like your home

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. very welcoming staff, great facilities. loved the outdoor saltwater swimming pool. Nice dinner experience.

Enjoy the view of the most beautiful bay in Europe and the mountains of the Jungfrau region during your stay at Eden Spiez. The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

Objekat SwissHut Modern Chalet with Spa - Chalet Beunden se nalazi u gradu Beatenberg, na 27 km od znamenitosti Grindelwald Terminal, a nudi balkon, vrt i besplatan WiFi. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

Everything was easy, explained in detail and our stay was wonderful. Very convenient, breathtaking location. The proximity to a big hotel while enjoying fully equipped apartment was a great feature. We found everything we needed and more! Books, games, condiments, coffee, hiking sticks, binoculars, a very well documented guest book with lots of activities and dining options. Very thoughtful hosts!
