The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made our stay feel special. The spa facilities and outdoor pool with snowy mountain views were truly unforgettable.

A list of what I liked - The restaurant had amazing food and even though switzerland is known for having very expensive meals, all of the meals I ate was worth it. I tried their margharita pizza, and two types of pasta, and they were worth every single penny. - The wellness center! Amazing facility that has a small fitness, pool, a bubble pool, sauna, steam bath, relax room. The pool had an amazing view to the mountains, and We found it very comforting at sunset to sit in the pool and relax. The Sauna and Steam Bath are very relaxing followed by some minutes in the relax room with a nice cup of tea. This made the place 10 times better. - The lounge. They also had a lounge with a 8 ball pool table, table tennis, table football and also lots of sofas. Very nice area but we found it a little bit dry as there was not any people. My thought is that the place was originally designed for Ski vacations, and we were there in the summer so that could explain why the lounge felt a bit dead. - The location. Very peacefull location, and while we were at that stay we felt that the environment gave us a break from our lifes. We are young guys (20 years average age) and a lot of our time is consumed with our telefones, computers etc. This place was a great place to take a break from that technological life. It was peacefull. The view to the mountain, the weather, the air feeling clean, the river stream that we can hear. Everything was great. - The Resort. The resort looked nice and was very clean. We also had a terass that was a nice edition. The only thing we could complain about was the lack of AC (aircondition) in the resort. The resort was primarilly wooden and had a lot of windows. The place could get very hot in the summer. But again I can imagine that the place was designed for Ski vacations in the winter and therefore it would be smart that it is wooden to keep the warmth. - The staff. Very helpfull and kind. nothing more to be said

Very friendly, helpful and lovely staff, which made us feel right at home. Superb breakfast. Great amenities, especially after a long ski day (sauna, bar...). The hotel has its own restaurant, which serves delicious food (we stayed there for dinner pretty much everyday for an entire week!). Very charming decor. Well located and well connected. Definitely recommend!

Location, view, staff and facilities were fantastic

We were especially pleased that this hotel is absolutely comfortable for traveling with a baby under one year old — upon request, everything a little traveler might need can be provided, even items not listed on. The rooms are new and well maintained, equipped with modern Dyson appliances, and the spa is spacious and impressive. Everything was wonderful. Our sincere thanks to everyone.

The owners were super friendly and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the views were spectacular. We had a wonderful stay.

The spa area and sauna were wonderful and very relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off from the center and therefore very quiet and perfect for morning walks. There was a bus stop at the location, so it was easy to get to the lifts if one didn't want to walk.

Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The views were breathtaking. The wellness spa was a perfect end to our stay.

We booked for three nights. This place has a wonderful view. We were meet by Alexander, the kind person who was at our service for any inquiries we encountered. Thank you, Alexander, for the wonderful hospitality, and thanks to the rest of the friendly staff.

Everything was more than perfect. This is a full 5 stars hotel not 4 stars. Each detail was perfect more than any expectations. Staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, kind and efficient.
