This was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at,the facilities, room, staff, location, view and amenities were just all superb. Truly a memorable experience.

I unfortunately had a bit of trouble learning how to adjust the thermostat, but figured it out eventually. The complex had a gym and laundromat, which was a bonus. Parking was easy and close to where my convention was. Excellent view of the mountains and lower Les Diablerets. Highly recommend.
