Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

Objekat Tiny & Big House Suite Los Mallines de Malalcahuello ima pogled na vrt, besplatan WiFi i besplatan privatni parking, a smešten je u gradu Malalcahuello, na 11 km od znamenitosti Ski-centar... The layout of the "tiny house" was perfect. Everything toward relaxation. Kitchen well equipped, nice shower (rare in my Chile accommodations), liked how it was set among trees and shrubs to feel private. Nice big front porch. Host very kind, understanding, organized, and accommodating. I arrived a day early by accident!

The atmosphere is calm and grounding, a perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. The breakfast was excellent and dinners were just as good, thoughtfully prepared and truly enjoyable. What made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. The entire staff approached us with kindness and care, and the owners are incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcome from the very first moment.

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

The breakfast was amazing and had products from the local producers on the area. Very delicious and the spot to was beautiful, with a nice view to the whole emplacement.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!
