The staff is really nice, room is very big and modern, I really like the view of the city from the room. The manager was available via WhatsApp and help us with everything we needed. He really made our stay better than expected, he also speaks very fluent English that is very hard to find in Chongqing.

Superb room, view over the bath to river excellent, both bath and thunderstorm spa very very good, really friendly staff

Directly in a shopping mall, everything you need in walking distance. Personal very nice and welcoming. Service is exceptional at Wuyu Hotel.

I stayed at Niccolo hotel for a few days and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. I accidentally left my earphones behind, and our hotel butler Freya kindly arranged to send them to my next hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit Chongqing.

During my stay in Chongqing, this hotel has given me an amazing experience! The entire hotel environment is clean and tidy, the green plants in the public areas are well maintained with fresh air, the rooms are simply and comfortably furnished with good lighting. The staff are very responsible—I accidentally left my camera in the lobby, and they contacted me immediately and kept it safe for me, which really touched me. Shibati Old Street is within walking distance from the hotel; after wandering the old Chongqing style, you can head to Jiefangbei for check-in, a perfect route!
