For a 5 star-hotel, it was a great experience. The hotel is very central and beautiful inside. The bedroom was amazing!! Super big, but cozy, and a large window for the city. We ask for a higher floor so the hotel "gave" us the 30th floor. The bathroom was very fancy, with a bathtub and a shower. The breakfast has a lot of continental options, and asian options too.

The hotel is situated in a very good location with amazing views of the river. We had our room upgraded for free by the hotel manager and it felt like we hit the jackpot there. The manager of the hotel was super kind and also took us for a free tour around the city in their fancy Tesla car. He showed us interesting areas, gave recommendations where to go and what areas are just overrated so we can spend our time in the city meaningfully. The facility is well maintained and it offers great service for an affordable price.

Do yourself a favour and get the room with the floating bathtub! The room was spacious and clean, featuring Byredo products. The breakfast had a wide variety of local, general Chinese as well as Western food. If, like me, you miss bread while traveling in China, you can have some here :)

The support and friendliness of the staff was exemplary. I was able to find the hotel and other destinations very easily thanks to the help of the brilliant hotel manager Rebecca. She sent me detailed recommendations and tips for my stay, adding plenty of context for me to decide what to see in my limited time there. I was also able to find everything with her help. I have never had a better hotel experience, all of the staff very kind and humourous. The food was also excellent and the location was beautiful and serene. A little rooftop oasis. Cannot be recommended enough

This is an incredibly cost-effective hotel! The surrounding area is fantastic, surrounded by shopping districts – you can visit scenic spots during the day and hit the malls in the evening, all in one go. The sound insulation in the rooms is better than expected, ensuring a peaceful stay. The complimentary simple Chinese breakfast is delicious, and you can get milk and bread by asking the staff. There may be occasional small communication discrepancies, but they are resolved quickly and do not impact your stay in the slightest.
