Excellent restaurant with professional and polite staff,, maybe bit $$$ but worth trying.Professional and guest oriented reception staff, easy parking, and overall a great stay in and external sea house opposite the hotel right on the beach, with a beautiful winter lake sight. My husband and I came to their restaurant this past summer and loved it so much that we came back to stay! The hotel is the perfect size. Not too big, but not too small either. You feel like you’re staying at your family’s home. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean and have great amenities. As for the restaurant - it is Michelin rated, so it’s fantastic. We pride ourselves on being foodies and came back to eat at the restaurant again. We managed to book a massage for this stay, which was equally wonderful.

Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

All rooms at Reck's Hotel-Restaurant are classically furnished and come with a TV, a seating area, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Each room offers free WiFi and views of the surrounding gardens. Very friendly staff and atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant. Cleanliness and facilities are very good for being a "gasthaus" on the countryside, but then again, this is not the normal average gasthaus. It's an exceptionally well maintained and managed facility. In addition, the restaurant and breakfast provided, are excellent.
