Everything was perfect, absolutely spotless. Beds comfortable, room spacious and breakfast with everything one could imagine- even down to cherries and rice pudding. Plus spectacular views across the lake. When arriving you will find a small relax area with hot beverages and delicious cakes as a welcome gesture. The Sachertorte was magnificent! We can wholeheartedly recommend this property

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, the separate public living room with fridge if you want to mingle with the other guests, relax or play games, the nice view overlooking the valley. And off course Paul who is really nice and simply a great host!

Generally speaking the hotel is very nice! Staff are nice and helpful. Restaurant and breakfast are really good. The room I had was well equipped and nice. The location next to the Maar is wonderful. The wellness part, well mostly the Finnish sauna and relaxing room, are quite nice. I had a wonderful stay.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always tasty and completely stocked, the host always made sure of that. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, so even when the weather wasn't good we could still relax inside.

Beautiful Schloss. Great spa facilities (especially the outdoors sauna). Great and experienced spa stuff. Great restaurant in facility. Amazing breakfast. Calming and relaxing atmosphere.

The wellness facilities exceeded all expectations; 4 sauna's. 3 hamams, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness and even a squash court! Breakfast is good, parking is free and easy, location is great if you like to be just outside of the city center and close to nature.

The location is nice close to the woods (up a rather steep incline). There are some cottages with nice views and there are good facilities for out-door activity. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice for kids and the sauna/wellness area was also nice. The cottages are quite spacious and were warm during a cold-spell.
