One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Great location, fantastic facilities, but above all: awesome staff. From the breakfast and restaurant crew to the frontdesk - they are all very polite, involved, professional and remember every detail. Very impressive!

Located in Playa de Palma, Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace & Spa features a garden, a terrace, an outdoor pool and a spa centre. There is free WiFi throughout. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent with lots of variety – something different every day. Breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Spacious, clean rooms – cleaned daily. The hotel is modern, with working air conditioning throughout. The heated outdoor pool was a great bonus. Everything was very clean, both inside and outside – you can really see how much the staff care.

The location is perfect - right next to the sea, offering stunning views and easy access to beautiful walking paths in the area. The service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, offering welcome drinks and sandwiches. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. The spa facilities, including the sauna, added a nice touch of relaxation, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. The infinity pool was beautiful, though unheated.
