Czech RepublicBeautiful charming location, very tasty breakfast, nice staff, clean room. We even had a birthday card for my boyfriend in the room, it was a nice surprise. Cleaning was done every day and supplemented with capsules for coffee, tea and biscuits. Branded toiletries were available in the bathroom nice smelling gels and shampoos. The wellness center was fascinating, also the pool outside with warm water, bathrobes, towels and slippers available. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you once again for a great stay. We will be very happy to come back soon.

Lovely, helpful host who accommodated our every need, despite us having been turned down by other properties because we were a stag group. We especially liked the spacious kitchen which we made great use of for evening drinks and group breakfasts. We also spent a lot of time in the lounge area with the large TV watching the football, which was right next to the games room with a pool table and football table for a bit of healthy competition at half time. The garden was large enough for us to enjoy a game of cricket one evening, and the outside furniture was large enough for the whole group to sit around in the evening. Check in and check outs were simple and hassle free, and required minimal action from us. Absolutely spotless inside when we arrived with a handy binder of instructions for things like WiFi and heating. Perfect property for our stag group, I would also recommend it to families and groups of friends. Would definitely go back.

Spa facilities included in the cost. Amazing breakfast included - lots of home made products. Described as luxury artisan. Definitely filled you up. The hotel was large but never felt crowded. Car parking on site free. The weather wasn't great while we were visiting but we made use of pools

The amenities are great. Lovely grounds ideal to walk our dogs. Bed comfy, although decor a bit dated (perhaps due to being for guests with dogs?). Very friendly, helpful staff. Food good, breakfast in particular. Health spa, swimming pool and hot tub. Hubby had a round of golf so used all the facilities.

We had a very large room. Amazing view. Restaurant staff went way and beyond at breakfast and if you booked dinner. Relaxed but incredibly helpful service from Neil and his team. Made dietary changes when requested. Spa is lovely.

Lovely building with Fabulous sea view and lovely surroundings. Spa was clean hot tub steam room sauna and pool. 1.5 hr slot, which was perfect. We had pizza for the england football match which was delicious! Amazing breakfast, which was help ourself, but you could order something different from the kitchen. Stunning wood panelled dining room. Friendly staff. Value for money. Shame we only had time for one night! Will definitely return with the kiddies and stay in one of the lodges.

The welcome, the room, we stayed in Joanna and had a patio to ourselves it was secluded and very peaceful. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfasts were superb. The pool was great we were lucky enough to use it and had the whole pool to ourselves. I also had a massage which was exceptional, deeply relaxing. This was our 5th stay and we enjoy every stay so much we can't wait to return.

Lovely large room with a balcony. Nice decent size spa/pool area. Was lovely to pop downstairs and use the pool in the morning whilst it poured with rain outside. Both loved relaxing in the hydro pool. Staff were very friendly and attentive during breakfast.

Lodge with a hot tub was lovely reception staff really nice and gave us keys an hour early John the emergency overnight man was fab we could not get oven to work on 1st night he arrived within minutes and fixed, spa treatments were lovely very relaxing and friendly atmosphere assault course great fun great location only mins from Padstow, Newquay and Wadebridge

Fantastic location for exploring the area. Very spacious lodge with comfy beds and lounge areas. We'll equipped and the hot tub and cinema screen was lovely for relaxing.
We only used on site bar/restaurant once on arrival waiting to check in.
Thanks for the prosecco and cream tea and for checking on us mid stay.

Loved everything. The room,the bed, the strong waterpressure in the shower, the dinner, the breakfast with the view, the SPA, the pool, Netflix on tv. My partner paid for some massage in SPA and loved it. The staff was very friendly as well.
