The resort is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything is very well maintained. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the level of quality and comfort offered. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of value, hospitality, and beauty all in one place. We left with the best impressions and unforgettable memories. We’ve now stayed at Swell Boutique Hotel three times, and each visit has been a truly wonderful experience. As a small hotel, it offers a sense of personal touch and comfort that’s hard to find elsewhere. The staff—and the owner—are very friendly, always welcoming and eager to assist with any request. Their warmth and hospitality make you feel like a valued guest from the moment you arrive. The rooms are impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Mornings start with a delicious Greek breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh choices—including excellent fresh orange juice. With its beautiful views of the beach and great location (plus own parking) Swell Boutique Hotel combines convenience with tranquility. We’ve returned several times already and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Caramel, the perfect boutique hotel, intimate. The service was truly impeccable, everybody showed incredible care and attention to detail, particularly in accommodating our dietary intolerances without any hassle. The rooms were both beautiful and spacious, providing a comfortable and luxurious base for our vacation. We especially enjoyed the morning yoga sessions offered by the resort. And the concerts in the evening. But expect big entertainment, it’s really chill. The location is ideal for exploring the region - we loved being close to charming towns like Rethymno and Margarites. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations with its combination of excellent service, beautiful facilities, and convenient location. Highly recommended!
