We loved everything about our stay at the Nautilux. As far as we are concerned, it is clearly a very well run hotel. Every single staff member that we met was so helpful and friendly. The pool area and proximity to the beach was perfect. Parking at the hotel was stress free. We walked into the center of town ….once! It was a lovely walk but the best thing is that there are always taxis available right by the hotel and in the town to bring you to and fro. Town was definitely worth a visit. There are also lots of restaurants and bars nearby if you prefer to stay near the hotel. We particularly liked the Taverna next door. Breakfast at the hotel was great too! Lovely hotel… definitely recommended!

Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning with amazing views of the town was very special. The choice of food catered for all types and varied each day, especially the homemade cakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

Fantastic location, walking distance to fantastic beach, shops, bars, coffee shops, tavernas and 20min to Rethymo main city area. Great sized room, clean with everything you need. Excellent welcome when we arrived. Swimming pool closed during the winter but the sea is 2min away if you are feeling brave!

The terrace was was far bigger than expected and very safe for our one year old baby. He was able to play outside without us having to watch him closely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Especially Valia who made our stay extra comfortable by allowing us to check out late in order to accomodate our baby's nap. The breakfast was great and there was more than enough food. The bed ensured that we had the best sleep of our entire holiday.

I dont know where to start. These guys were just amazing. First of all, we arrived early, and got the rooms right away. With a kid, this is just what we needed. Then, hotel greeted us with sone refreshments and snacks, not a big deal, but very nice gesture! We liked it since we cane from Chania airport, the weather was hot and we spent about a hour in the taxi. Reception - I mean the kindest personnel ever, solving all the issues right away and helping on every step of the way. Rooms - spacious, very nice, huge balconies. We had one and two bedroom apartments, both were really nice. The room arrangement were provably one of the best in such hotels we have visited. All very clean, with good air conditioning, nice towels and toiletries. You also get beach towels from hotel to use in the public beach in front of the hotel. The bar was nice, they serve wonderful fredo espresso. On top of everything, u get a nice breakfast overlooking the see, it is not very rich, but it was more than we needed, with meat, cheese, egg varieties, fresh veggies and fruits, pastries, etc. We loved everything and every second in this hotel. I believe it is even underrated!

Beautifully designed hotel with amazing lagoon shaped saltwater pool in the center. Village-like plan but very upscale. Wonderful gardening, perfect maintenance and squeaky clean. Great service by real professionals. Recommend the dinner in addition to the amazing breakfast. This is a hotel where the food is really great, fresh, nicely presented and served on a beautiful veranda. A safe, elegant and calm environment with beauty wherever you look.
