We like almost everything. From the communication with the host which is very smooth, then the facilities in the unit and in the apartment (there is even a washing machine), the cleanliness, the comfort, the location. Overall, it feels homey. The best thing is that, the host offered us to stay an extra day without extra cost, just because we initially planning to stay only one night, but to access the clubhouse we need to register our finger print to the management office, and it will active after 24 hours. Thanks a lot Ummu Ihsan for your kind consideration. We will definitely come back when we have the opportunity.

Located 2 km away from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, is the 4-star FM7 Resort Hotel Jakarta. It features an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a free airport shuttle upon request. Everyone was very nice. Shuttle to the hotel was perfectly organized. When we checked out, stuff checked our room and foud out, that we forgot trousers and immediatly brought it to us.Everything was perfect!

Food for both breakfast and dinner was delicious, and reasonable price for an airport hotel. The staff were very helpful in the morning, and the free shuttle bus was perfect for getting to the airport in time (and easy for being picked up the night before). I also had a massage in the hotel, which I booked in advance. It was reasonably priced, traditional style and the massage was good (I get massages often). The room was nice and clean, very comfy bed, and nice (semi)private balcony area.

I rescheduled my booking last minute because of some medical emergency and they confirmed without hesitation. The process only took several minutes. Once we're finally there, we were amazed by the beauty of the hotel. And even more by the friendliness of the staffs.
