The hotel is beautiful, oriental, sparkles with splendor. Very helpful staff. Our butler Aman Kumar was amazing. He was in touch with us every day via whats up or in person and everything we needed was taken care of right away! Great breakfasts. Rooms cleaned daily. They extended our check-out without a problem due to a late flight. We will definitely go back there! 10/10

I stayed in the panoramic room overlooking Hussain Sagar. Fantastic. Was able to get a Cappuccino even at 3 AM. The staff were very courteous . Breakfast was exceptional. Special kudos to Sanjana at the breakfast table. She was happy to help me despite my numerous nagging requests at the table :). Gym was neat and clean . The pool was outstanding ! Would stay here if I were to visit Hyderabad again.

Had a flight the next day so the location was perfect for an overnight stay & to visit a few nearby places. From check-in to check-out everything was flawless. Here, staff happily go over & above the call of duty, whether you’re being greeted at the door, checking in/checking out at reception, ordering room service /dining at the restaurant, having a spa treatment or using the lovely pool, the level of service is consistent & done with a smile. Thank you to you all for making me feel so welcome. Will definitely be visiting again.
