Set 300 metres from Elba Island's beautiful Fetovaia Beach, Hotel Galli - Wellness & Spa opened in the 1950s as an inn. Today it offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony and satellite LED TV. Lobby Wi-Fi is free. We spent 5 nights at the hotel and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and truly helpful. The hotel offered good breakfast, 0-24 fitness, jakuzzi, sunbeds and daily beach towels. Room was clean and fully equipped. It was actually 3-5 min walk from the beach.

You can also sunbathe on the on-site terrace with rattan deckchairs or relax in the hot tub with hydromassage and chromotherapy functions, or in the pools. A sauna, hot spring bath and massage service are available too, at extra charge. Excellent breakfast with an incredible view over the village of Sant'Andrea. We luxuriated in having the sun come over the hills just as we were taking in our first espresso of the day. The grounds are fabulous, with plenty of places to lay out in the sun or have a picnic with roses and cacti abound. The pool is pleasant and there are various relaxation spaces around the main building. Dinners are excellent as well, should you choose to partake. Great service and scrumptious food.

The Ottone's wellness centre offers a wide variety of beauty treatments. There is also a gym, hammam and relaxation area. The staff was so nice! The hotel has so much character and the place is very authentic. Great place for families with you g children. One of the most beautiful places we have been. We will definitely come back!

Hotel Plaza's 100m² spa offers various beauty and wellness treatments. It includes a Turkish bath, sauna, and a small heated pool with hydromassage areas. A relaxation area with herbal teas is also available at the spa. Lovely hotel and staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Located in Campo nell'Elba, 2 km from Marina di Campo Beach, Charming B&B Arcipelago provides accommodation with pool with a view, free private parking, a spa and wellness centre and an indoor pool. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, free shuttle service and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can use the sauna and the hot tub, or enjoy sea views. Very conveniently located B&B, away from the crowd. Super clean rooms which contain everything you need. Nice swimming pool (not too big, but we always had it for ourselves), remains open the entire evening, our kids loved it. Very good breakfast. Really, really super friendly and helpful staff/owners (thanks for convincing me to go snorkling to the ship wreck at Pomonte after all, almost skipped that one, we loved the snorkling spot!). We had an amazing stay ... 3 days was way too short :)

The location is so serene - you feel like you're in your own slice of paradise and have the entire villa to yourself. I also cannot say enough good things about the good at Il Termine - all of our breakfasts and dinners were among the most delicious meals we've ever had. We loved all the thoughtful touches - the Il Termine team works so hard to make every aspect of your stay gorgeous and luxurious.
