The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our two children with small slippers and little gifts, that we were not at all expecting. It made them feel welcome and was a lovely gesture. The bathroom was also equipped to handle the needs of smaller users, which was great! The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The location was very comfortable, within walking distance of all the most important things to see in Ravenna. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity was very easy and inexpensive.

The daughter greeted us by name as we emerged from the taxi. All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to see that we received what we requested.
