Ubicado dentro de las murallas de este precioso pueblo medieval cuidadosamente mantenido. La atención fue siempre muy atenta y el desayuno estuvo muy bien y variado. Este hotel tiene varias casas o edificios en el pueblo, a pocos minutos caminando ya que es chico. Cuenta con restaurant, nos invitaron con un aperitivo, el desayuno es en otro y tienen opciones de tratamientos de spa. Muy recomendable.

I have not seen a hotel equiped, built and ran with such presicion and perfection. Svetoni crest was ebroidered even on the pillows. In terms of interior and exterior design, there were just no mistakes. Osmosi restaurant was also one of our best culinary experience. And on top of that people are very friendly, we spent an hour after the guided winery tour (which we recommend) with our guide just chatting and discussing Italy and Italian food and bevrages.

This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.
