The stay was fantastic from the start to the end! We got upgraded to one of the larger apartments which was clean, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice with yoghurts, fruit and fresh pastry. The location is perfect for exploring the area too, plus there is a cool playground hidden in the trees a few minutes away rom the property. There is an outdoor parking space as well as a garage with an option to charge your electric or a hybrid car free of charge. We'll definitely come back!

We were incredibly lucky to receive a free room upgrade; the space was generous and featured a lovely panoramic day bed and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was well-appointed. The wellness area is outstanding. We loved the variety of saunas, particularly the Finnish sauna followed by the snow room. Swimming in the heated outdoor pool at night was a wonderful experience. The food was also a highlight; both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great mix of buffet options and freshly cooked items. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention for being so attentive and super helpful throughout our stay.

They even surprised us with complimentary spa vouchers and a bottle of wine, which made us feel especially welcomed and valued. The proximity to the cable car was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities at the hotel were rich with activities, ensuring that there was always something to do, whether you wanted to relax or be active. Parking was another convenient aspect, being close and easy to access, which is always a relief when traveling. Considering the overall experience, I found the price to be fair and well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking to enjoy a blend of comfort, excellent service, and natural beauty.

Featuring 1200 m² of wellness facilities, this family-run resort is in the heart of the Puster Valley. Guests can admire panoramic mountain views from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.
