Facilities were excellent, lots of pools to choose from. Friendly staff brought us a fan cause Airconditioning wasn’t allowed to be used.

Exceptional accommodation in a historic house where Pope Innocenzo VIII stayed. Every detail is taken care of in the house. I really liked how the lady owner was able to give new life to old things. Ultra comfortable bed. Mrs. Barbara - that's capital in itself. An exceptional and educated woman who loves art and history. Thank you Barbara for always being helpful and kind to me. It was STUNNING! We were planning on going to Rome for our last day in Italy, but found this place and boycotted the whole day in Rome. Instead we had the most relaxing day, the spa is beautiful and the property is breathtaking. The restaurant is great too! Honestly could not fault anything. And the bed is SO comfortable. The perfect end to our trip.
