This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

This is probably the nicest apartment that we have ever stayed in. The sauna in the room was amazing. What really made it exceptional however was the young lady who works on reception. She could not have been more helpful. The free laundry and bottle of wine were the finishing touches.

A beautiful, extremely clean, and stylish B&B that truly felt like home. The family who run it are so lovely and welcoming — nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. This is the only place in Italy we would return to without hesitation. If I could give 20 out of 10, I would! It’s perfect. The structure is very nice positioned and in a nice outdoor environment and well cared. Close parking. Very big rooms nicely decorated and with nice lighting. Very nice external pool. The SPA offer is complete and even not very big, is really comfortable. The pool,. with warm water is with differrent water massages. Nice experience. The breakfast was offering a good variety of food. In any part of the structure the personel was anway kind and full of attentions.

The most beautiful location, just a 5 minute drive from Chiusi. Wonderful little town. The owner and the whole staff were so nice, offering us a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh omelette made by order everyday. Wonderful sunsets views. The room was romantic, we loved that there was no TV, so you really get some peace and tranquility! We will definitely return!
