Staff are very friendly. The staff at the swimming pool even showed us the way to go to the Dead Sea bath behind the hotel even when the facility was closed at evening so that we can have the famous mud bath and a dip and float at Dead Sea in the morning. The outside temperature is cold but the sea temperature remains warm at 22 degree C. The staff looks after us very well and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay, fantastic service. It was our baby moon, the staff provided us an upgrade, even not requesting it. Amazing surprise that made our stay magical. Food is amazing and very good private access to Dead Sea beach.
