A truly traditional Japanese hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. Every detail of the property reflects authentic Japanese character. We loved the room’s lighting and design, but the highlight was the balcony overlooking the river—the sound of the flowing water was incredibly peaceful. The staff were exceptionally polite and hospitable. The traditional Japanese meals provided were delicious and offered a great cultural experience.

The property is unique in every sense - architecture, ambience, location and cuisine. The staff are incredibly helpful and patient with demanding travelers such as us.

Great beachfront location, very courteous staff, exceptionally clean, and good breakfast. Overall, a very generous hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Hakone Gora Karaku hotel, it was the highlight of our first trip to Japan. The Japanese room was incredible, with outstanding views of the mountains and a private onsen. The staff was always attentive and helpful, they make you feel like kings. There is an included bus shuttle to Odawara Station, which is very convenient; make sure to reserve it beforehand. The food is delicious, but please be aware that the Japanese menu may not appeal to everyone. If you are not into raw fish, be sure to select the Western-style menu. Also, if you have the chance, please try Tomura restaurant for dinner; it's a pleasant experience with grilled wagyu and fish - the food is delicious. Thanks again to the staff for making our Hakone stay even more remarkable. Everything went smoothly; the check-in was fast, they helped us with our luggage, and even shipped it to our next destination by our checkout time.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️

Located in Hakone, 1.7 km from Hakone Gora Park, gran terrace Le Lien Hakone provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a garden and a spa and wellness centre. We loved our stay, the setting is homely and beautiful and the staff are incredible. We had a lovely tea on arrival then enjoyed our Japanese style room, you can book the private onsen on the day by writing on the board on the door, it is very easy and accessible. The beds were so comfortable and the place was very tranquil. Highly recommended :)

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. 처음 들어설때부터 반갑게 맞아주시는 직원분들이 인상깊었습니다.특히 한국 직원분이 계셨는데 요구사항이나 안내에 적극적으로 응대해주셔서 너무너무 감사했습니다. 아이가있어 수영장을 이용했는데 붐비지않고 깨끗하여 사우나까지 너무 좋았습니다. 아이튜브도 비치되어있어서 좋았어요~ 룸도 넓고 화장실도 넓고 쾌적하여 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방무싸고 싶어요~
