The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities are fantastic, with a beautiful onsen that provided the perfect relaxation after a day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the lovely afternoon cakes paired with coffee, a delightful touch to our afternoons. The ramen served at the hotel was also a standout, very tasty! Overall, the great service, relaxing atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities made for a memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Pillows were the most comfortable ones as well. I really loved the pajamas pants, super comfy! Breakfast was good although there wasn't much variety.
