Everything about this place was amazing. The room was larger than the usual in Japan. I loved that there was a gym, and it’s well in the center but not too loud. It is close to everything! I love that there was also a bath tub. The beds were comfy.

Nicest surprise in Japan. Wonderful hotel with relatively large rooms. The breakfast choice was one of the best I've ever had. Some rooms have a mini zen garden by the window and it adds so much to the ambiance. Quiet.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Facilities were brilliant, loved the free hot or cold drinks and ice lollies. But the best perk was the daily drink on the rooftop with a foot spa and a view of Kyoto. The onsen was amazing, so clean and had everything you need, one with the view was our favourite and it’s great this is rotated between men and women each day. Room was comfy but on the smaller side.

Excellent stay! Comfy and clean room & kind and helpful personel. Onsen bath and “good night” ramen was perfect closure for the end of a day full of sightseeing.

Everything was beyond expectation. The staff are all extremely thoughtful and helpful. Yuko-san helped to book the most incredible kaiseki dinner at a local restaurant for us. The bed was soo comfortable and the amenities were amazing. Ask to borrow the foot massagers. Very helpful after a long day of walking.

Just everything. Super nice hotel luxurious at very affordable price- close from Universal Studios (one stop by metro just in front of the hotel) and Osaka world expo). Staff so lovely and helpful.
