The 2 ladies were so lovely and really took care of us.exceptional dinner and great breakfast. They even made us onigiri for lunch. They were wonderful. Room was spacious.beds comfortable.bains publiques cosy.

We stayed in Kaigetsu for one night only but it's a very nice stay. The location is good (close to the train station). A old but beautiful Japanese style hotel. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and was able to deposit our luggage first. After one day tour, our luggage was already in our room. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot spring and the breakfast also. Next day, the host even prepared lunch bags (お握り/onigiri) for us when we checked-out. So touching. Will come back if I visit Toba again.

Great location , free parking, and all the necessary amenities, make this a great place to relax. The breakfast is sumptuous and free coffee is available in the lounge. The staff are very helpful and the free shuttle to the metro station is very convenient.

It is lovely country getaway from the city and with cooking facilities to make simple chazuke meal. The cabin is spacious and clean with no animal smells though we stayed in unit with pets allowed. Water pressure is great for relaxing shower. WiFi is great for K drama holiday too.

There were lots of space and nice shelving placements. The provided soap and shampoos smelled nice. The manager was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Clean and spacious room with variety of food (breakfast)

Location is a short walk from Ise-shi station, which makes it convenient if you are coming in from a different city. The particular pathway from the hotel to the station has ramps, which make moving luggage a breeze. In terms of facilities, the hotel has an onsen, a cold tub, as well as a sauna, which is pretty rare. Facilities are well managed and clean. Generally a really positive experience all around. Breakfast had a really good selection of food too.

The view is breathtaking, the big windows in the room were perfect for the view, the room itself was very spacious for a Japanese hotel, we had a lot of space for our luggage. The breakfast was great with variety and the evening buffet was so good that we booked it each day although we wanted to try local restaurants. The staff was also very friendly, I could even have some light chat (in Japanese) and get some recommendations on activities to do.

The staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel and rooms very tidy and well presented. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good selection of food and drink. There was also an Onsen/sauna for guests available which was great to relax in however for mens only at the time. The hotel is conveniently located just a couple minutes walk to the shopping centre and also a range of local restaurants.
