The hotel has a great location and easy access to public transportation. It is a modern take on a traditional Japanese hotel. Tatami mats laid throughout the hotel elevates the whole place and truly allows one to relax much better after a day of sight seeing. The room has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and tatami mats and with everything you need - TV, air-con, large shower, small fridge and all necessary amenities. The hotel also has a great location and easy access to public transportation. It is a modern take on a traditional Japanese hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great staff, was very kind and welcoming.

Set on 28-36th floors of Sendai's tallest building, The Westin Sendai offers a luxurious accommodation just a 10-minute walk from JR Sendai Station. Location. Rooms were well appointed. Staff were very attentive Facilities were first class.

Great and I mean GREAT service. The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.
