I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

The Siena Primo is a resort hotel created by reinterpreting the spirit of Florence and the Medici family, a city of art that inherited a brilliant cultural heritage. Beautiful hotel will al comforts for kids and adults! Everything was clean and neat. The staff was very kind and helpful in all our requests. From the hotel you can reach all the attractions and the city in about 20 minutes by car. Beautiful and quite position in the nature!

This luxurious, non-smoking property boasts spacious outdoor and indoor pools, a modern fitness centre and a spa and wellness centre. It also features 7 restaurants and free Wi-Fi access. The hotel looks magnificent and the entire setup at the cliffs and its beautiful garden and trail all look amazing. And what makes it special is that it is done some effortlessly.

Had a memorable and fantastic stay. New property, rooms were big, the one we got had a balcony and the bathroom was great as well. View from the balcony was nice.

Objekat Oh Happy Day Jeju, smešten u samom srcu destinacije Džedžu, nudi spa kadu i pogled na planinu. This is a really nice house, with ample rooms, air conditioning in all rooms, a nice and well equipped kitchen, very comfortable baths and beds. The hosts are extremely nice, they answered all questions and came by every second day to remove the trash and provide fresh towels. There are two parking spots for your car. The house is close to the beach promenade, with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommendable, also for family with kids.
