I specifically appreciated the room size and comfort, the breakfast, and mostly: the communication and reception by Hanae and her team. The Ryad is not far (300m) from a closed and safe parking which is very practical when coming by car.

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience, especially thanks to the Yosif . From the moment we arrive we found him in parking wait for as and walked in to riad, they greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help with our bags. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. Very clean and authentic Riad! Shaima and the staff were so friendly and hospitable! The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. It was in the center of the Medina and close to many attractions
