Speaking Arabic, English, Spanish and French at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. The Hotel was very very nice in a very nice area although as close as we expected to the main attractions. The staff were excellent in particular Mohamed, Meryem and another slender waiter in the restaurant. I would like to know why we were not replenished with a bottle of water each per day - only the welcome drink. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The whole Riad is a paradise on Earth, very well decorated, with two small pools, sunbeds on the terrace, huge couches. The stuff was amazing, really friendly people. A huge kudos to Aziz for his professionalism, politeness and loads of assistance and patience. We stayed there twice and we totally recommend it! We would return there for sure!

There is a mosque next door so be prepared to be awoken at 7 am for the call to prayer. Restaurants and shops within a quick walk. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Fantastic ambiance. Small roof top dipping pool. Everything is very clean. Haman and massage on site. The massage was nice, we did not use the haman. The location was perfect for us. Room 1 has a king bed and a small twin. It worked fine for our family with one adult child.

We had a very beautiful and comfortable room and the location is perfect: in the middle of the Medina, but still quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. Our host Ayoub helped us before we even arrived with an airport shuttle and he answered our questions about our trip in other parts of Morocco. During our stay, he made us feel at home in the riad. I'll definitely come back!

Guests can enjoy the indoor pool at the accommodation. The property itself was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place spotless. The staff were incredible. Jamal was very helpful recommending nearby excellent restaurants. The ladies (sorry I didn’t get their names) were so lovely and made incredible breakfasts. I recommend this riad as it’s away from the noise from the medina but close enough to get to.
