We arrived early, and Sharifa kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. The check-in process was smooth and relaxing. Our original booking was for two nights, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five nights. Sharifa and Laila were very helpful in finding us the best rate and a beautiful room on the same floor. Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also booked excursions through the hotel and were very pleased with the service. From the airport, we took a taxi to Riad Atlas Palace. We were dropped off just outside the Medina, and it was only a one-minute walk to the riad’s door. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this riad—very clean, with courteous and attentive staff across the front desk, concierge, and restaurant.

Situado en Marrakech, a 13 minutos a pie de Bahia Palace y a 400 metros del centro, Riad Bab Nour cuenta con hospedaje climatizado con WiFi gratis y un salón compartido. Our stay at the Riad Bab Nour was exceptional! The place is gorgeous, the staff is incredible and helpful and so kind and welcoming! We were given an upgraded room at no charge with a beautiful patio that overlooks the city because the staff worried our first room might be too loud. The breakfast every day was so lovely and the staff put on a great display and made sure we had everything we needed. Ibrahim was so fun to interact with and always asked if we needed extra. Mohammad helped us out with an airport transfer and helped us with all our luggage and escorted us to the taxi service a few minutes walk away. We are thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service and will definitely stay here again!

Ubicado en Marrakech, a 2 minutos a pie de Marrakesh Train Station, Longue vie Hotels tiene hospedaje con una alberca al aire libre, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, una terraza y un restaurante. The staff were lovely and customer service was great. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and the location is perfect as it's only 10-15minutes away from the Medina market and not far from the garden majorelle. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to stay in a hotel during their visit in Marrakech

Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.

It was a such a great experience, and Jamal made it very special from the time he picked us up from the main street - the place is mainly accessible by foot - and as we arrived late from Sahara trip, he helped us to find a very nice place for a late dinner and did everything with that very geniune kindness, that melted our hearts, literally. The room was spacious, nice and what was specially needed in December - warm. Wonderful artistic interior design! Thank you Jamal and the team, will 100% recommend and come back!
