The staff was incredibly kind and attentive from the very beginning, the location is perfect for exploring San Cristóbal on foot, and the hotel itself is a gem — filled with greenery, beautiful spaces, and a clear attention to detail in every corner. The bed was super comfortable, we slept so well. We also had a hot stone couple’s massage that was amazing! deeply relaxing. The coffee and amenities were another highlight. You can tell everything is thoughtfully designed to offer an intimate, aesthetic, and special experience. We would absolutely come back.
