The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. However, We were not advised, in advance, that there was no elevator. The rooms we were assigned were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our friend, who is 80, was given a room on the 2nd floor. The stairs were a killer. The rooms were nice and spacious. We were upgraded to a Master suite, which was nice. Breakfast was good, but limited.

I like everything!!! Many thanks to Susie and Adriana for the wonderful stay and experience. They have made us feel like we were at home! The room is spacious and facing the Patzcuaro lake; the breakfast was freshly made and it was so local and so delicious. We had the best Taco here than anywhere else in Mexico. The location seems to be far and isolated, but is quite good to go to many different places with a Taxi driver that Susie recommended to us. Will definitely come back if I will be in this area in the future.
