A lot of attention to detail. From the jungle like garden to the huge spacious rustic room to the cave bath, everything. Staying here is an experience itself. We were also delighted by the polite and professional staff: Kimberley, señor Miguel, señor Fabian, señor Jorge, señor Juan Jose and the rest of the team. The breakfast what was included in the price was exceptional as well. The hotel is known in the city for their breakfast and every morning lot of locals come just to eat here.

Absolutely loved my stay in this property! I stayed in 2 different rooms as I chose to extend my stay. The first room on the ground floor was huge and very grand. The second room was upstairs and had a huge sunny terrace. Very comfortable bed and in a lovely, quiet location. Breakfast was different every day and delicious - particularly the mushroom quesadillas. They also have bottles of spirits and mixers for guests to make drinks (with an honesty payment system).

This property is beautiful. You feel verysecluded but centro is just a few minutes away. It’s a great location from which one can explore all of Yucatán. Concierge was outstanding. Arranged several excursions for me, all of which were perfect.

The rooms are nicely decorated, they are spacious, modern and extremely clean. The bar area invites for a welcome drink and the hotel has got a beautiful small restaurant which we decided to try out and it was the best decision ever !! The food was delicious and the ambience was really special. The lighting around the pool created a beautiful setting for a peaceful dinner with a delicious glass of vino. The breakfast in the morning was equally tasty. We would definitely stay here again !!!

The hotel is beautifully designed. Offers a feeling of calm and elegance the minute you walk in. The staff were super accommodating...there was no hairdryer in the hotel but after I requested one the staff went out and bought one. The breakfast served was sweet pancakes but they made a different breakfast for us as we preferred something savoury. The hotel was very quiet whilst we were there, it felt as if ii was our own private place. Parking literally at the front door..
