We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s very cozy and beautifully designed, with a convenient shared kitchen located right next to the room. The swimming pool was especially refreshing, both during the day and in the evening. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They assisted us with arranging a tour, scooter rental, and transfers, which made everything so easy for us. The breakfast was also lovely. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.

The most serene beautiful location. Secluded and quiet. This place is a must do for those who like snorkelling or diving. Just off the pier is the most amazing wildlife. As soon as you hit the water you are greeted with a school of jackfish and hundred of tiny tropical fish. The water is so calm and I could have spent all day snorkelling and exploring.

Everything! Suite was absolutely incredible. It was large, air conditioned/fan and spotlessly clean. Grounds were lush and immaculately maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Exquisite service, extremely kind people from front office, to housekeeping, to the lovely young man standing at breakfast. We booked the two bedroom villa which was very very spacious and clean. I have never seen as many amenities in a hotel room, even though we have stayed at a large amount of 5 star hotels around the world. Anything you think of they had it, from bathrobes, to ALL toiletries and EVEN a weighing scale!! Was nice to check how much weight we had put on during the holiday haha. Breakfast was included and we had one of the best breakfasts out of all our stays in the Philippines. It wasn’t a huge buffet, but perfect choices for everyone to have a lovely breakfast. Also one of the few places (if not the first) where breakfast tea was offered during breakfast instead of only coffee. The kids had a blast at the pool. I could not recommend this place enough, it’s just the perfect hotel in Puerto Princessa. Staff go above and beyond and deserve everything they get.

The location and resort area is fabulous and Nacpan beach is one if not the best beach you can see in El Nido. The breakfast is really nice since it offers you the option to order from a menu while also letting you suit yourself from the fruit/toast/egg unlimited buffet. The cocktails were really good, the food was only slightly above average unfortunately. What really stood out for us was the friendliness of the staff. Particularly, Mr Mark Galila is the friendliest and responsive waiter that we've ever encountered during our stay in the Philippines, so props to him. One thing to keep in mind, if you plan to experience El Nido or do island hopping tours I would advise against staying at Angkla, as the transfer between Angkla and El Nido Town is quite expensive and long. During our 2 week stay in El Nido we booked only 4 days at Angkla which was perfect for a retreat and relax, we didn't feel the need to get out of the resort during our stay.

If you're planning to stay in El Nido (rather than on one of the private islands), this hotel is a fantastic option. The rooms are very spacious and decorated with tropical themes, giving off a jungle-like vibe. There's a beach right in front of the hotel, and it's just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the town center. Additionally, there are excellent dining options nearby. Having stayed at another hotel in the area the previous day, I can confidently say this hotel provides outstanding value for the price. Lastly, I want to highlight the staff—they were extremely polite and eager to help. I accidentally left my cellphone in one of the tricycles, and the staff quickly assisted me in contacting the driver to ensure my phone was secure. Thank you very much!
