The hotel apartment, as well as the whole hotel, is spotlessly clean. The staff were so courteous and helpful and the breakfast meals were good. The apartment had everything we needed - fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, cooker, bathrobes and there were also 2 heated swimming pools - one indoors and one outside (which unfortunately was too cold to use in November). The whole hotel is very, very impressive and its only 10 minutes walk from Oriente metro, which is 4 stops from the airport. Will definitely return!

Room is nice and clean with enough room to put large luggages. The bed is quite big and very comfortable (best one we had during our stay in Portugal). We got sick at the beginning of our stay, and the staff has been very supportive, providing extra pillows and water as needed.

Everything was excellent, especially the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the stay feel truly special. The location is ideal for exploring Lisbon, and the panoramic view from the hotel is unforgettable.
