The staff ensured a beautiful welcome, showing us around the palacio, which is absolutely stunning. They provided a little welcome drink and snacks and everything we needed to feel right at home. The decor and the rooms are picturesque and very comfortable. The spa has a hot roman bath and a medium-hot sauna, which was perfect for a little hour of relaxation. And being allowed to play the piano also a big plus. One of my favorite stays in Lisbon ever.
