ALL of the hotel was at 10/10. All the rooms were exactly as displayed - very stylish and high-quality. The stuff was without exception, helpful, friendly and very service oriented. The pool was heated and therefore a pleasure to visit. Breakfast has a big variety and everything was fresh and tasty. We loved every second of our stay at Renaissance Porto Lapa hotel.

The outstanding Service, attention to detail and the fabulous decor. It was a new, stunningly decorated hotel in a really good location that provided the most amazing service. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were warm and attentive which was very much appreciated by our family group .
