The staff is amazing! Everybody is kind and fun. Estera, the receptionist, is an amazing person who nade me feel comfortable and I had some good quality conversations with her. The bartender makes such a good Earl Gray with milk and a pinch of vanilla. I came with a little girl and the hotel is 100% procent babyfriendly. The playground is safe and new. The pool is too deep for non swimmers kids, but the staff, Mihaela, entertained my child while I dived a little bit. The food is good and diverse. The bed is king size and I totally loved it.

Also very quiet. The host is very friendly and patient given we were late upon arrival and he patiently waited for us. It’s the perfect place for a family with plenty of space and everything you need! Did I mention clean? I did but it’s worth mentioning twice as I was pleasantly surprised of how spotless the place was. Will definitely go back and totally recommend it!

Enjoying quiet surroundings next to a forest, 7 km from Bacău City in the area of Magura, the stylish Hotel Helen features on-site wellness facilities and à-la-carte dining options, as well as modern... I like the location, the staff are very respectful and polite , the SPA facilities are great and the food is excellent. Very pleasant overall and always looking forward to staying here.
