The food ordered to the room was very good and the breakfast as well. Alex, the manager from Room Service was so professional and courteous . He surprised me so much for my birthday. Along with the food ordered, he brought a small cake on a decorated platter. Also, a written post card with the picture of the hotel along with many thoughtful wishes. The flat was absolutely spotless and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was cosy, welcoming, and genuinely felt like home from the moment I arrived.
