We got a free upgrade to a Superior room. The people working there are really nice , and provides extra service. One of them even helped our 10 year old with making a grilled cheese sandwich at the brekfast. She waited with him the while it took for the cheese to melt, and talked with him ❤️ The visitt was really good, so were the room and facilities.

Amazing location in the Mountains of Sweden right next to a beautiful frozen lake. The staff were amazing, Veronica made us welcome, her husband saved our bacon & a special mention to Angelica who was an absolute Angel!
