Food options also great as they have 3 restaurants, we dine everyday while staying there. We love the Mexican restaurant on the rooftop highly recommended. Thank you for connecting us with Netflix in the room the staff are helpful.

Everything was well above expectations—from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed and the overall atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming especially Hakimi funny one and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were well maintained, and every detail felt thoughtfully arranged. Kids friendly hotel with all kind of entertainment from 9am until 9pm on a daily basis. Lovely staff especially at kids club and at family pool. Lots of activities, tours, playareas etc. Spacious room ( recommending family room ) and one of the best breakfasts i ever had in a hotel. Nice spa ( a bit expensive for Thailand) and nice location ( Merlin Beach). Amazing stay for adults and kids.
