Easy check in and check out. The concierge staff, Mr. Arda is helpful during our visit. We enjoy the facility such as free sauna/pool. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. Everything was great. Even though the rooms were full, we were able to check in early. On the first day, we were tired from our long flight and were greeted with a fresh fruit tray in the room. The breakfast was varied and acceptable. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayshe at reception who were really great at checking us in early and greeting and finally seeing us off.
