My husband and I came for our honeymoon in early September, and the staff made our experience truly unforgettable. We received so many lovely surprises from the hotel — from flowers and champagne in the room to dinner reservations at the hotel’s restaurants. A special thanks to Ms. Melyak, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Her knowledge of Russian is also very useful for guests who don’t speak Turkish. The food was outstanding — a huge variety and everything was delicious! I would like to separately mention the Ricotta restaurant — the food was very tasty and the waiters were excellent, we really liked everything. Entertainment was excellent as well. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. We are very happy with our choice and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely come back again!

I absolutely must mention the superb service and friendliness of the staff; their sparkling eyes and warm smiles will forever remain in my heart. The superb quality of the food and presentation are also worthy of special mention. The Balcony Bar boasts excellent cocktails and a truly captivating presentation. I also want to commend the selection of musicians for the musical events – they left a truly wonderful impression! Pool lovers will be absolutely delighted by their size, beauty, and ease of relaxation. The entire area is immersed in greenery, with water and drinks always nearby – the ultimate in comfort! A special thank you to those who maintain the hotel's magnificent greenery – it's beautiful and adds shade in the heat. I personally love the sea, and the well-equipped beach with service (drinks available) was a great delight, as was the beautiful, clean, warm sea. I'd also like to highlight the excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel, including the beach! Thank you to all the hotel staff and management for your excellent work in welcoming guests and providing excellent conditions for our vacation!

I had stayed at several Ultra All Inclusive resorts before, but this was the first time I truly felt a difference. Everything was exceptionally clean, the service was outstanding and both the food and drinks were of excellent quality. The beach was wide and spotless and the shows were exciting, entertaining, and full of energy. There were plenty of diverse activities, tennis courts and an excellent room service they even cleaned the rooms twice a day. The entire resort was filled with private pools right in front of every suite. The facilities and spaces were so abundant that you never had to wait for a place to sit. You could always find a spot easily, and placing an order was effortless, no standing in line was needed. You would sit down, the staff would take your order at your table and bring it directly to you. It was truly a delightful experience. I was amazed by how well everything was managed: the harmony, the respectful and polite staff, and the overall organization. Bravo to the management of this exceptional resort!

The massage was incredible—one of the best we've ever had—and left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. We truly loved every moment and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and rejuvenating Turkish bath experience.
