The facility was very clean and the staff was very interactive and helpful. I enjoyed their support. The breakfast à la carte was interesting.
The coworking space provided on the 10th Floor was also very accessible with a motivated and supportive staff.

The hotel is like an oasis in the bustling Arusha, setting in the coffee plantation, the room and bathroom is spacious and comfortably decorated. The food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. There are many corners to sit and relax or walk around.

Kutoka Lodge bungalow was comfortable and garden provided nice atmosphere. The bed was one of the best ones on the planet. Blandina and her team have created a very relaxing accommodation that is surrounded by spacious and lush garden.
Also big special thanks to Kepora who shared a lot of really interesting information about nature and life in Tanzania. And of course again very good service by all the staff.
This was not our first stay in Kutoka Lodge. We were very happy that we decided to stay there again. Thank you very much!

Breakfast and dinners were wonderful. Massage amazing. Beautiful room and facilities. Staff very helpful and I think Mussa? gave me a tour of the amazing vegetable/herb gardens/coffee plantation on site. Truly wonderful to see everything growing in your backyard.

In the course of time, I have tried many lodges in Arusha, and Planet Lodge is my favourite place giving a very good value proposition. Lovely and caring staff, very good food both in breakfast and dinner, nice pool and restaurant/bar outlay. Lodges in the nice and well kept gardens are comfy, spacious and clean. In short, a very good place to stay.

The rooms were spacious. The lounge area was perfect for reading and eating dinner even. The pool and garden area are lovely and spent an enjoyable afternoon relaxing around the pool area. The hotel is quiet and better than staying in the centre of Arusha where it can be quite noisy. The walk to the town Clocktower is about 20 minutes along a dusty, busy road, but definitely doable and nice not to have to rely on taxis. The staff were always ready to help. Never mind those fancy pricey hotels - the Tulia is just as good for less money.
