Wonderful! Steven and his team were superb at every stage. Great service and super friendly. Food was delicious. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Gorgeous views. We were able to have a late check out, which was ideal.

After a long and dusty journey to Karatu, this guest house seemed like a little oasis. We were warmly welcomed by Olivia and the staff with juice before being shown to our rooms. We stayed in the bungalow outside, with a beautiful view of the garden especially sunset. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast the next morning. We ordered packed lunches, which were substantial for our needs during a long day on safari. Olivia also organised for our laundry to be done.

Staff - Olivia and all other staff members were amazing. They were always ready help. Accommodation - Both houses are very well maintained, spacious and comfortable. The long dinning table fitted our entire family of 16 people. Swimming pool - very clean and there is greenery all around. Very beautiful.

Better in person than the pictures. This was a delight to arrive at after a long car journey. Relaxing location with a luxury touch. As someone mentioned prior... in rainy season, you need a 4x4 but worth it when you arrive.

The breakfast was well prepared, but more options and wider variety of foods is expected for the caliber of hotel such as this. As well, the boxed lunch that was prepared was sparce and very poor. Again, with the cost of a stay, the food was lacking.
