Very close to what they advertised. Modern renovations to a lakeside classic (?) resort. Food was good, staff were wonderful. I had to travel in from Portugal emergency basis for my brother. (He was critically ill completely unexpectedly to his family, intensive care & died 3 days after I got there. The staff were just so kind, thoughtful, good/very good English, friendly & professional. Nice lighting. Very good bed. Nice restaurant & didn’t use the spa. Just overwhelmed. But grateful to the hotel for letting indefinitely stay. Made a really rough time much more bearable.

Moderan hotel nalazi se na mirnom mestu u urbanom okruženju, a nudi besplatan WiFi i svakodnevni doručak na bazi švedskog stola. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were superb.

Offering a unique design of avant-garde style dedicated to famous artists, Mercure Kyiv Congress is located just few minute's walk from Shuliavska Metro Station. Brilliant, friendly service throughout the stay, free parking and available parking lots, english speaking communication and kettle in the room. The staff even personally congratulated me to my birthday with cake and candle, despite the on-going air-raids. Perfect stay, would definitely book again if working in the region.

Smeštaj ima spa kadu.... The apartment was very clean, stylish, and conveniently located. The host was friendly and accomodating. I especially loved the modern design of the apartment.

My stay was extremely cozy and comfortable. The owner of the flat is exceptionally friendly and caring, and truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend him as he is not only attentive but genuinely a good person. The flat itself is spacious and well-furnished, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in the city!

Free WiFi is offered at this hotel, located 20 minutes’ drive from Kiev Train Station and 450 metres from the Ring Road. There are 3 swimming pools available at surcharge. Rooms feature a minibar. Honestly, the hotel is great, the saunas are great. The massages are great. The food is great. But what takes the cake is the Staff. I've never felt like a regular at a hotel before. And the first time I was here was the same as this time - warm, welcoming, helpful, amazing staff. Treat you like your family, and like it's their home. I don't give perfect ratings (just about ever), but this hotel deserves it. Bit far outside of center, but worth it if you want a hotel (by a lake), friendly and efficient and affordable staff, but most of all - everything at once, in the right amounts, with the right level of East/West/World friendliness and efficiency. Cannot rate them high enough.

Even despite the war it provides the excellent service. Very comfortable rooms, delicious food. The variety of choices at the breakfast buffet is impressive. It was nice to see my favorite Byredo skin care products in the bathroom. That is all about luxury. Every time I come back here I feel at home.
