Mohammed went out of his way to find us a taxi and make sure we were taken care of. When we had a problem in the room it was quickly taken care of. The beds are super comfortable.

Friendly staff, super helpful, and great location. WiFi is FAST and reliable which was a huge plus for me since I work remotely. It is a little loud from being right in downtown, but I can sleep through anything. Maybe bring some earplugs if it really bothers you.

Excellent location. The surrounding area isn’t the best, but if you want to see the pyramids in comfort without having to travel anywhere, it’s absolutely worth it. Compared to the nearby hotels, this one is very decent. The staff were excellent. Highly recommended. Our child didn’t even want to leave — that’s how much they enjoyed the stay.
