They are all the time ready to walk the extra-mile, to make the traveler's stay magic. Jumping in, when the slightest event occurs, helping us and offering info and advice. Great staff! The breakfast was a feast too, with a large selection of dishes. As I have been staying there for Christmas and New Year's Eve, we got almost all the time treats from the Romanian cuisine, typical for the region. I was also impressed by the host's kindness, to offer us sweetbread and wine for Christmas (a loaf and a bottle to each traveler!) and the same for the New Year's Eve, when the wine was sparkling. Great hosts! The building is new, the elevator is working properly and the view is gorgeous. Very comfortable rooms too and kept clean daily.

Staff was very friendly and helpful: they allowed us to check in earlier, then one of the ladies- she spoke German- came and gave us directions to the tourist area of town and suggestions for lunch locations, internet password. Breakfast was quite substantial!!!! I mean it. For a dinner or lunch close by -it is a pizza place advertisement on the street ( but has full restaurant menu) behind the corner few meters down the road - good prices, nice setting and clean. Hotel staff was really, really nice. Room has balcony with flowers.... love it ! overall very very good hotel and clean. Price, comparing with other B&B and hotels in that town, the best deal. Bus station is right there, also. We travel by bus while in Romania, so this detail was very important for us.

Objekat Ensana Ursina, koji je smešten u gradu Sovata, na 9 min. hoda od znamenitosti Jezero Ursu, u ponudi ima smeštaj sa barom. The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly, the room was large and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent, highly recommended.

Objekat Bellacya Resort & Spa, koji se nalazi u gradu Sovata, na 16 min. Had a great time, very good value for money! The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful, loved the pools (clean but not overly clorinated), good dining, room was spacious, really nothing to complain.
