We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what made our experience truly exceptional was Miguel at the reception 😊 He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with every question we had about Mallorca. He patiently recommended the best beaches, marked places on the map for us, and gave us fantastic local tips. He even kindly arranged for us to stay a little longer after check-out, which we really appreciated 🫶 His professionalism, warmth, and positive attitude made our holiday so much more enjoyable.
